Our main walk in freezer broke down, called clancool and they were there same day. Local suppliers didn't have the required part in stock but it wasn't an issue and they were able to provide a freezer trailer to keep us going until our freezer was back up and running. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!!

Great service even on a Sunday!!!
Arrived at my shop within a hour of phoning and had us up and running again in no time. Just what you need when got a walk in freezer full of goods.

Our Central Heating System broke down a few days ago. We phoned Clancool and they came within a couple of hours, found the fault, but didn't have the part required, however, they sourced it and returned first thing next morning and worked outside on the unit in a dreadful morning of wind and rain, completing the job, and the system was up and running in less than three hours.
We are extremely grateful for their prompt and efficient service, which is something we don't see enough of these days.
Have to mention the staff, who appeared to have the correct attitude to the job in hand.
We would be more than happy to recommend Clancool to anyone. Excellent service.

Great Service/ Lovely Staff

My walk in chill packed in just before the weekend. I got a call out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the component required wasn’t in stock. However, when David came out to fix the chiller he was friendly, tidy and extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend Clan Cool to anyone requiring this sort of work done! Great service!
