Great service from start to finish. Easy to understand quote, quick to respond, came when they said they would and the end result is fantastic - love my new bathroom!

We called these guys. They came a couple of days after and said they could take the job a week after because someone else had cancelled.They were pushing to get the job for the week they wanted.
They advised to see the shop of their supplier to choose a wetwall, we drove all the way to pick the stuff but, when we tried to contact them again they were not replying fast anymore. Told us a few times they would contact us to give us a date but never called.
We were very honest and said we needed the job done before a specific day. They said they could do it and told us they would get back to us with a date. They never called back and stopped picking calls. We had turned down another company to work with them because they said they would do the job.

One of them picked my call, said he would call me back in 5 minutes and hang up on. They never called back.
My partner finally got them to pick the phone, they just told us to look for someone else.

What an unprofessional business!

I would not recommend this company to my friends and family. Good first impressions but went downhill thereafter.
