CL Building Services is a Callington and Launceston based family building company that offers professional, quality works for commercial and residential properties. With over 35 years of experience in the trade and a team of nationally accredited workmen, CL Building Services should be your first call for any building works in Devon & Cornwall!
In 1988 Chris Lyle Plastering & Property Maintenance began in Bristol. After moving to Cornwall almost 20 years ago, Chris began to learn about local building techniques and procedures and gained qualifications and experience in other trades.
Now based on the Devon/Cornwall border in Callington and with a team of well qualified and accomplished tradesmen, CL Building Services cover the entirety of the two counties for all of its construction, renovation and refurbishment needs.
We are very pleased to be approved by numerous organizations including the Federation of Master Builders, RTS and more.
Recently we became a certified plasterer from British Gypsum, the UK's leading manufacturer of interior lining systems. With this certification, we are able to offer a two-year guarantee on plastering works. This guarantee is underwritten by British Gypsum and is a testament to the quality of their products and our service.
