I've been living in the UK 8 years so far and CK residential was by far the best agency I had been in contact with. They are friendly, always respond in time, no complaints at all.

Keiron and Chris have been brilliant both times i have rented a property through them. Always friendly and always get back to you with any queries/issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a house share in Cardiff area

The guys manage two of my rental properties and do a fantastic job. I get guaranteed rent paid on time every month and they deal with all of the maintenance issues. Also, both houses are signed on long term agreements so I do have the typical agent fees every 6 to 12 months! I will definitely be moving the rest of my portfolio over to them as soon as the current contracts expire.

I recently rented a room in Cardiff city centre with CK Residential and can't thank them enough. They made life very easy as they dealt with all the bills and arranged cleaners for the house, plus any maintenance/repairs were carried out very quickly. I would definitely rent through them again and would also highly recommend.
