CK Castles & Inflatable

This is the second time we've hired a bouncy castle from CK (plus we've had a couple of hot tubs previously). Excellent service and quality equipment as always, with really friendly team dropping off and collecting and great with the kids.

It was my husbands 40th birthday and I had planned a surprise getaway to a lodge with a hot tub. Unfortunately due to lockdown this was cancelled. So I decided to bring the hot tub to us. I hired the weekend Spa Hot Tub Hire from CK Castles as they were recommended to me.

Everything was easy to book and communication throughout was great. Carl came on time to set everything up and we were able to use the hot tub the following day.

It was easy to use (temperature and bubbles) and our daughter loved the disco lights and music. The Bluetooth speaker was picked up immediately by my phone so playing music was very simple. The hot tub was clean, spacious and the gazebo was large and secure. We loved it.

I can’t recommend CK Castles Spa Hot Tub Hire enough. Such a great price for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We have already recommended them to loads of people and we will definitely order again soon. Thanks for making my husbands 40th.

We contacted Ck Castles from a recommendation on the website of the property we were staying at.
From initial contact to the ongoing dealings, it was all handled very professionaly.
We ordered the hot tub first and the company contacted the owners of the property re delivery and placement of same. We then decided the adults needed more thrills, so we ordered the bouncy castle as well. The children were allowed on it as well.
Both items were delivered and set up the day before we arrived. Both were used extensively and fully enjoyed. The bonus was that Ck Castles allowed us to keep the bouncy castle for the full weekend! It was only booked for 1 day!
We had left before the items were collected, but were contacted by e-mail within 24 hours thanking us for using their services.
All in all a brilliant company who went above and beyond our expectations. Many thanks.
