Do not go by website for opening times, just driven to Newport to get haircut. Locked up and in darkness! Even thought website says open until 6pm!

slightly unprofessional barbershop, went in for a haircut to be met by two barbers one who just eat her food in the corner which I didn't misn however, the woman cutting my hair did an absolutely appalling job of the hair it looked silly never again

Went there once with my toddler.had to wait for nearly an hour during which the hairdressers were making comments about me and had breakfast.the only reason we stayed is because I needed my son's fringe cut and waited so long already.
Whilst one of the women had her breakfast ( in my opinion she should have eaten before she started like everyone else) the other was saying stuff like " well she can stand there as much as she likes you are having a break" " i dont care what she thinks about the wait" etc.as i was trying to keep my toddler happy for over 45 mins at that point.
The cut itself was poor.
As a result we will never return,i tell everyone about how rude the 2 women were.the impression they gave is that they didn't care about their customers,about being polite or to apologise for a long wait whilst one sits there having tea.they behaved in a way which made me think they knew men cuts are a regular necessity and therefore no effort in customer service is needed.
