Ordered window , last week came and measured up,and told us they will fit it next week,they called a few days later giving us Reminder they are coming on mon 12 Aug morning being late I called them as I got guests coming for my daughters wedding tomorrow, Excuse was they got confused and gone somewhere else to work disgusting wont reccomend and please dont order from them if you have anything going on it will be a big let down I REGRET it as I was recommended.

We had a couple of windows replaced in 2017, needed a certificate for building control, were promised one but never received it. The work itself was good, but we haven't received the certificate. Very poor customer service.

I had some of my windows replaced by City Windows, and I am absolutely delighted with the end result, the attention to detail
was superb and the installers were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any potential customers.
