Much improved System in place for being assessed and given appropriate appointment ie face to face / phone ! Have used this now 4 times and extremely satisfied ! 👍

I have been ringing the number since 11 a.m. this morning and it is now 4:25 the voice says the receptions are busy and they have gone down the pub!!! No wonder I can't get an answer
