Sixty year old woman needing an alternative way for pipes to take away washing machine water. I went in with my own pipes and photos of my problem. I was patiently listened to and shown how to fit together the four pieces of pipe I needed. Seeing a blank expression on my face, Dean unwrapped everything and fitted them together in the right positions for me. My job was getting easier by the minute. All I had to do was connect my plastic sculpture to the pipe at home. Without this personal attention I would not be able to use my washing machine or for a few brief minutes think I was a plumber. I was unexpectedly happy that I was given advice and when I questioned, had respectful, easy to understand explanations. Kind and considerate staff. So happy with this place. 'I'm a plumber!'
