Went in needing a hose for my tumble dryer the man had no idear of what I needed well it was a very thin pipe and there was no way it would fit a waste pipe so this man when out his way to make a phone call to the manufacturer in question and got the answers we needed I would be happy to return here and get more advice and fixing If needs be from this branch more then happy with the service received today assistant branch manager James Saul is the man
