I went in today as had a problem with a chair. Luke in the store was brilliant, as was the manager. They sorted everything out and their service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company, nothing was too much trouble and they went well beyond my expectations.

Impeccable service

Absolutely impeccable service. I was in desperate need of a desk but due to current COVID-19 desks are being sold for inflated prices. This one was fairly priced and good quality. However, it was not the price that made me wrote this review it was the service. I have my desk in a couple of hours and upon delivery the driver asked me where I wanted the desk and even built it. He did it was a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude (despite me changing where I wanted it multiple times). I can honestly say that I will never use anyone else for my office supplies. I believe is customer service and in return give my loyalty, they have made a customer for life after today.
