We needed a roof repair ASAP. We were given a free quote and the work was carried out within the given time frame. Gene was great with communicating and the team worked well. The scaffolding was put up, the work carried out and the scaffolding taken down in the same day.The area was cleared and left as found. To top it off the cost was under the estimate !
The quality of the work was excellent and we would definitely be calling city builders for any future work.

Fantastic service and very quick to respond. We have a Grade II listed building which required lots of repair work. The quality of work was excellent and very competitively priced I highly recommend Gene and his team and will be using them again (not too often hopefully).

Gene and his team recently replaced our house roof. They worked promptly, professionally, and completed the work to a high standard.

Following heavy rain an area on my back wall had lost some of its pointing and I started to get water into my kitchen. A couple of my neighbours had used city builders and were very pleased with there work some of which I could see for myself. Gene came and assessed the situation. Explained fully what was needed and gave a fair quote. He kept me informed throughout, making sure I was happy with everything. They were polite and considerate throughout, I've had builders in the past who see a woman on her own and take advantage with higher quotes and not great work, not so with city builders. They did a great job keeping me informed throughout, they were professional and thorough throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, once done they left everything clean and tidy. In no time the house was drying out again. You can't put a price on peace of mind, thanks to Gene and city builders.
