Absolute horrible experience

Irresponsible , unreliable, and actually did more damage than good.

Ended up ruining my washing machine by breaking the on off button after coming to fix the start/pause button.


Tried contacting him many times and Patrick made many excuses and eventually blocked me!

I was left with a broken washing machine, worse than before and no solution.

Still waiting for a response.

No Show!

They were a no-show today. I was booked in for a 10am - 12pm visit to fix my American fridge freezer & Neff double oven, but after confirming my appointment yesterday, I've not heard anything from them today & it's now after 4pm. I called & left message at 12.40pm, but I've not yet had a response. Very disappointed that my appliances are still not working, & annoyed that I've waited in all day.
