I wish to give feedback about Carolyn Leech.  First of all I would like to say that Carolyn should not be allowed to leave or terminate her contract, because she is one of the few social workers in the area, who gets the job done well enough. I put it down to her experience and trust in her ability. Carolyn is available whenever I call and is willing to help out, she listens to all my needs and concerns, which is more than can be said about the others.Carolyn treats people like she wants to be treated and I think that the council should not get rid of her. Carolyn is the best social worker I have ever met and she will be greatly missed.

Excellent service!

Carolyn listens well and is empathetic, building a good rapport with the service user whilst remaining professional and considerate of departmental requirements. She is thorough in her approach, and gives attention to detail and accuracy in administration; this is important as it means other staff have the correct information to refer to when a service user doesn't have a permanent allocated social worker, and documents can also be used as supporting evidence for things such as welfare benefit reviews. 
I'm sorry that Carolyn will be leaving the team, I've appreciated the contact I've had with her and the support she has given me.
