The flowers you did for my Aunts Funeral was exceptional we were all very emotional . The flowers were everything and more than we could ever ask for. Thank you so much. Words can't describe how thankful we were everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were.

Well what can i say but my wedding flowers were a dream come true. The team created my Lily of the Valley bouquet fresh on site on the morning of my wedding.Couldn't have been more attentive, professional, dedicated, fresh if they tried. The venue was completely transformed, even in the courtyard where we were getting married the team constructed the most beautiful wisteria cascading before us at our alter, was so enchanting the Landlord wished for them to remain permanently. The flowers for the tables were divine, delicate, perfect colour to match my theme. The lighting they installed throughout the reception room to enhance the ambience was a fantastic addition. The team were professional, positive, empathetic & extremely efficient and mindful to our needs to ensure our day was truly the best day of our lives. Our wedding was in Somerset but 2 of my friends in Surrey had their wedding flowers by Christines and i was extremely happy when they said distance was not an issue.

Arranged our flowers for our wedding, we were very embarassed, corsages fell apart aswell as bridesmaids posies, all 7 of them before they got to the church. My table centre pieces were not the colours ordered, my colour was fuschia and the flowers ended up being baby pink, looked ridiculous. Complained and sent photos as requested. My calls and emails were ignored! Paid over a thousand pounds for dead and unwanted flowers! The staff seem lovely, but they take your money and then ignore you! Please avoid and research your local florist.

This florist appeared lovely and promised my flowers i had ordered for my mum's special birthday would be perfect as i had ordered.
The flowers were so disappointing, not the colours I had ordered and half of them were nearly dying. I was so upset as the florist had good reviews but when I complained the florist Angela ignored my complaints and further phone calls.
Very rude and an appalling service.

The florist was recommended to me by my neighbour, the flowers I received by delivery were awful, half the size and not the flowers i had chosen at all but paid for!!
I complained and the response was very negative and nothing could be done about it, as that was the way the flowers had come in.
No apology and no refund, even though I brought them back in to show her.
Very poor customer service & treatment!
