Service above and beyong the call of duty!

After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Property was priced correctly but not very pro-active at selling it! It was with them for 4 months over the spring/summer but they failed to sell a premium property after two price drops of about 10 k from initial valuation.
Also when ringing and asking why so little viewings over summer months, was hit with sales patter and waffle to keep me on their books. Also tried rightmove upgrade (£72) total waste of money.
They were polite ( although insincere) so reason for 2 stars, but left them eventually!
