I have been Training Clients for over 2 Years now both in house at the Gym Sherwood and at their Homes in Local Areas of Notts Prior to working out of the Gym Sherwood.

So I started sessions after a particularly bad 2 years with mental health and a bad cycle of emotional eating. My martial arts training was non existent and my motivation was at an all time low. Getting the courage to go to the gym was more than terrifying and I knew I wasn’t moving forward with lapsy daisy sessions with no real objective. Then Chris stepped in! His approach was friendly but had structure, he demonstrated and spoke you through the exercise and gave you the why’s and how it would help, he’s the ignition when you think you’re burnt out, he’s the faith when ‘you cant’ telling you ‘you can’, he’s professional but he’s easy to talk to, he’s on hand to answer your questions even away from your session, he 100% gives you his attention. There’s no ego or God like status with him and he’s willing to show you how and why you should believe in yourself. If you ever was unsure about a pt try him, you won’t be disappointed.

Brilliant personal trainer

Chris is a brilliant personal trainer. It's clear he knows what he's talking about, but without being patronising. He developed a great plan, really tailered to my goals, and took into account an old injury and was more than happy to adapt my food plan to a vegan diet. Always had a laugh during sessions and was super easy to talk to. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Chris is supportive, professional, motivational and pushes you to reach goals. Excellent training sessions...individualised, support with diet and always on hand to advise if needed! Videos sent to support training and when in a session he gives you his undivided attention! I would recommend him without hesitation!

Chris was the turning point in my health and fitness journey. I thought i knew what i was doing and then had some one-to-ones with him and learnt so much new information.
