Chris was able to fit us in ahead of schedule and the job was completed to an exceptional standard with minimal effect to our daily lives. We too are new to owning a property with a thatched roof. We asked several Thatchers for advice and quotes for a thatch renewal. However, it wasn't until we met Chris that we began to feel more comfortable with the whole process. He was clear from the outset in his explanations of what was required, when it would be required, how long it would take and what the total cost would be. We booked in for a date two years from initial meeting with Chris. A date was set and Chris, Rob and Martin arrived two years later almost to the day. The complete Re-Thatch took approximately six weeks just as Chris had estimated and the cost was precisely as quoted. It has to be said that Chris and his team have a work ethic that is second to none! They work from the early hours until dusk in all weathers and at all times they were friendly, polite and extremely hard working. The new Thatch looks stunning and our property too was left absolutely spotless!
