I would recommend Choice Mobility to everybody. Whether I go in to the shop for advice or to buy something, I am always treated with the utmost patience and courtesy. They are second to none for the time and care that they give you and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase or advice you have asked for.

Ihave recently purchased a mobility scooter from choice mobility. Staff gave me good and helpfull advice.I did not feel under any pressure to buy. The after service has been very good too. I would definately recomend them.

I recently purchased a mobility scooter from this shop. The person I dealt with both over the phone and in person was Neil. He was patient and answered all my questions and encoraged me to try the scooter out before I bought it.
it was delivered promptly and the delivery man was also very helpful.

Untrustworthy and disrespectful to clients. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Staff member was unhelpful and rude and didn't take the time to do a risk assessments before equipment was handed over.

I recently visited choice mobility in Blackburn. I was treated with respect & dignity and was given the opportunity to try various wheelchairs and scooters. Neil & Leon went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs.
They were friendly and efficient and the service they gave was fantastic.
