Use at your peril, very expensive mistake
1No idea of building regulations or planning requirements, they make it up as they go along.
Insist on cash in hand, not very keen to give a receipt or certificate, and most certainly will not rectify any issues, I wish we had taken the dearer quotes, and would not advise anybody to even bother to call them, let alone use them.
The first review left is from a member of the owner's family, therefore is heavily biased and untrue.
