Very polite, professional and friendly staff who treat everyone with respect and do everything to make you feel pain free in a safe and healthy environment. Every precaution is taken in respect of Covid-19 and the staff really couldn't do any more.

The team at Best Practice Chiropractic are fantastic. My initial query was responded to promptly and the friendly reception staff put me at ease from my first step through the door. Add to that the wonderful care I receive from Kevin South I cannot recommend the practice highly enough. The care is holistic and I now consider my chiropractic sessions an essential part of my well being.

I was constantly getting back problem. One of my friends recommended Mr Lalit Sodha and I visited him and happy to say that my problem was sorted out after a few sessions. Miracle ! I thoroughly recommend him in case you have acute back problem .

I took my daughter to see Dr Sodha due to back pain and bad posture. In the first consultation, he was able to offer an x-ray on site which confirmed a previously undetected Scoliosis. We now have a treatment plan to improve her posture and reduce the pain and I have to say the improvement to her posture after just 3 weeks is astounding. I would certainly recommend the clinic to anyone experiencing back pain or bad posture, the staff are all exceptionally professional and friendly.
