Chilli Pepper

I called in advance to book an appointment as had a issue with overflow pipe and dishwasher value connection. I had great intial customer service on the phone told when someone would attend and who it will be. On the morning of the visit I have a call to advise me that my engineer had called in sick and could we re-arrange, Mick himself who I booked it with said he would come to me after his first appointment. Arrived as promised and kept me informed throughout repairs. All completed within a few hours as promised. Detailed invoiced and all clearly explained to me. Tested out machines no more water coming from water pipe with new connections and water overflow pipe now replaced no issues. Great service, communication and friendly service. Price was reasonable. Definetly reliable people.
