I rang to get advice about a dynamo on my classic car and if I could bring it in to be tested..the guy who answered the phone said curtly " No we don't do that" ....not a civil word or explanation...personally given there lack of customer service skills I'd give the place a miss...

Excellent garage - I had work done at another garage which was botched up. I phoned Angie at Fiveways Auto Centre & my car was repaired the same day for a reasonable price. Ang - took the time to explain what the problem was so I understood exactly. I wont take my car anywhere else from now on. Great work for a fair price

This was the second time that Childwall Fiveways Auto Centre has come to our rescue! Having had to be transported back from Anglesey when our car broke down in the summer, Fiveways Garage sorted out the problem and treated us so kindly and professionally and got the car back on the road. They have, after a second similar incident, restored our faith in people having refused once more to charge for “fixing” the car. As two “very senior citizens”, we can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dropped in to the garage yesterday at short notice , my car making terrible noise from the front wheel Angie and her team fitted me in and fixed the problem that day !! Really impressed with the excellent efficient service they provide. would definitely recommend and return to this garage in the future

I needed a major service, the guy couldn't tell me the difference between a full and major service. I wish I'd of listened to my gut, £160 which would be cheap if he done a major service (which I know he never) rather than just change a couple of filters.
I ended up with no paperwork for my records, the piece of paper he did give me, had no date, no stamp and no printout to show what they actually done.
If I viewed a car, and the seller showed me this as evidence of a major service, I would immediately believe it to be fake.
The last MOT listed: play in the steering rack, it also has a recall notice for faulty airbags and the electric mirrors don't work, yet he failed to pick up on any of these!
My advice is that you stay clear of this garage!
This is the type of place where if they believe you're gullable, then they'll walk all over you.
