Chicoco Decorating And Property Care is Cornwall's premium decorating service with added maintenance and repair options. Our services include full interior painting and decorating, exterior decorating including airless paint spraying for premium finished or textured surfaces. We undertake new build properties, complete renovations and periodic room redecoration. For many people there are hard to access areas such as hallways, stairs and landings, or vaulted ceilings and even awkward exterior access areas that frequently need scaffolding, all of these do not pose a problem for us. Our award wining services have given us a reputation for outstanding work and we pride ourselves on reputation throughout Cornwall. We will never be your cheapest quote but our standards are second to none and as such we represent excellent value. We use all brands of paint and colour match where required.

Newquay rental property fully restored

Chicoco Cornwall were great. A belated review but a huge thanks for a proper job done. We had tenants move out and Chicoco went in, there were a few repairs to doors, kitchen cabinets, window sills and the bathroom tiles too, then a full paint job in and out. They stuck to the price quoted even though it was rather a challenge and the end result was great. Many thanks !! Oh and very happy to recommend.

A great job turning the property around for next tenants

Brilliant, great paint work, tidy and respectful. Not only did all of the decorating get done in the time stated, but also at the price quoted. We also had a few repairs done and again well priced and great work. Happy to recommend with 5 stars
