Terrible experience

I booked a consultation online and received confirmation and reminder emails. I was stuck in traffic on my way so called several times to say I would be late but no one answered. When I arrived (only 5 minutes late) it was closed and non one appeared to be there. I don't live particularly close so you can imagine how irritating this was. The business have failed to respond to the email I sent later the same day asking why no one was there when I had booked to be seen.

A really really bad experience, would certainly not recommend. Every time I have called to speak to someone no one has answered, makes me wonder if they've gone out of business.
