Appalling customer service!!! I’m truly disgusted!!! The owner Dave is vile! He is constantly upping the price to see just how much money he can get from you. He speaks to customers rudely. The staff members cannot follow instructions and focus only on the hairstyle not hair care. The style you leave with is rarely ever what you asked for. They can also be very rude! They hack away at the hair and never take their time to ensure that there is no breakage when they are combing it. You are basically paying for them to damage your hair. I will NEVER EVER RETURN!!! THEY CERTAINLY WON’T EVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME!!! The last time I went I left feeling miserable and outraged!!!

don't go unless your willing to give up your whole day. They will sit around chatting and leave you waiting for ages even tho you book a time. better off with diligence, they are often booked but don't leave you waiting for ages when it's your time.
