Excellent service ordered fridge freezer at 1pm it was delivered by 6 in the evening. The Gentleman who delivered it was very helpful. Would definitely buy from here again.

I am very pleased with my appliance very helpful company and the driver was a polite man took all of the packaging away and the weather has been so hot which does not nice but they still delivered my appliance I had a slim fridge freezer perfect just what I wanted would recommend this company and say thank you to them

Brilliant service from Phil at Chester Appliance Centre. Called in one day to discuss a cooker for my mother - had a delivery the next day. He coped well with my elderly mother and was kind and sympathetic. Well done!

My washing machine broke and I phoned chester appliance centre for some advice on spare parts. They directed me to the help I needed online but in the end I just decided it was probably time to buy a new machine. I was in a rush to get one sorted before the weekend and popped in just before closing time. Mark was very helpful and took me through the different machine specs. There was no hard sell or pressure, just good customer service and he understood what I needed. Mark even stayed half an hour after closing to take me through some stock and the prices. He couldn't have been more helpful and I walked away that evening with a new machine at a great price. 5 stars all around and I would definitely use them again.

There was an electrical problem beyond their remit but this was no problem to the installation guys and we are up and running and happy customers
