The response from the company was extremely quick and the job was completed in the same manor: they arrived and had my car running again in about 15 - 20 minutes. The price quoted over the phone was the price I paid when the job was completed and it was also the cheapest I found searching the internet. I would definitely recommend using them.

Lost my car key. Called and spoke to Kev. Got really helpful service, a good price quote and they could come the next day. Came to do the work, and were really friendly and professional. This friendly guy came out to us within 30 minutes after my son managed to lock both sets of car keys and house keys in the car he opened the car within 5-10 minutes fantastic service would definitely recommend him to anybody who has been locked out of their vehicles.
