The team were great from the very first interaction, one of the only builders who actually gave us a quote. Great communication, with a designated office who you can contact to ask any questions, they really helped us through the whole process of our garage conversion.

Even when we had to change the plans due to obtaining planning sign off they were great and re-quoted us really quickly based on the additional work required.

The whole team was very friendly as were their contractors, who ended up helping us with other issues we had with the house.

Needed some repairs doing to flooring as well as patching up plastering in bedroom to repair a previous damp spot. The work was possibly in the category of "no job too small", but Lee came out promptly, provided a quote and arranged to fit the work in with the team as a "weekend job".

The work was completed to a high standard by courteous workmen who arrived when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves at the end.

All the staff, from Rosa in the office keeping me informed of the work schedule, to Lee accepting a late change to include a skirting board fix, to the team doing the work, were a pleasure to do business with.

I have no hesitation recommending Cheshire Building and Roofing Services to anyone who wants quality workmanship.

Work completed in March to May 2024 - converting an existing Conservatory into a room.

Friendly, helpful and all round brilliant service from the quote right through to completion.

All of our (many) questions and queries were answered by whoever was on site and nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

Excellent communication throughout the 5 weeks from the office and we were kept informed of any ‘down days’ in advance.

Everybody that we dealt with over the 5 weeks was professional and courteous and the site was kept clean and safe at all times.

Overall, extremely happy with the finished room and we would certainly recommend.

I called Cheshire builders as I noticed they were doing work locally, so gave them a call and they were friendly and helpful in the office, within a few days I had someone call out to give me a fair/good price. They are quite busy so I was told I might have to wait a few months but then a few weeks later they managed to do the work. The workmen were always respectful and polite and professional.
I am absolutely pleased with the quality of the work. If there was any issues I was told to always contact the office first and those issues were always dealt with.
I would definitely recommend Cheshire Builders.
