I never normally write reviews but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with Cherrybank.
After some horrible experiences with dentists I had avoided the dentist for 7 or 8 years. Toothache eventually compelled me to face my fear and, having researched dentists specialising in nervous patients I went for a check up and then some treatment at Cherrybank. I really appreciated the initial chat with Tammy which helped me just "get through the door." Both Chris, as the dentist, and Lauren as hygienist have been fantastically reassuring. The key thing for me is that they always emphasise that I am in control - I just need to move my hand if I want them to pause. Nothing ever feels rushed. Just knowing that makes getting through treatment much easier and I now feel non-plussed about my dental appointments which is huge progress from what I'd have previously described as phobic!

So Chris my dentist and staff made me feel at ease from the moment I first arrived which was a few months ago and as the saying goes no pain on gain BUT I would rather say discomfort, than pain but boy it was well worth it. So having gone years of not having a lot of top teeth left I now have a full top set I am more confident, smiling flashing my nashers. Family and friends say I like a different person no putting my hand up to hide my teeth when talking and pictures I now show my smile So thank you to Chris and team for giving me back my confidence.

Amazing dental practice. Had my teeth straightened , whitened then bonding. I can't believe how many compliments I've been getting.

The actual dentistry work wasn’t carried out after the dentist told me that he’d lost confidence in me, the client! I was looking for reassurance as a nervous patient but was instructed to go and have a think and therefore didn’t receive treatment but paid around £16 for parking! (Root canal). The customer service team took a long time to investigate my complaint. They refused to give me names of official bodies I could log a complaint with and we were offered no resolution after requesting that they remove my whole family of 5 from their records. It seems they still haven’t organised themselves, I have just had an appointment reminder for my children even though I saved myself well over a thousand pounds by moving to a better dentist that has given me the reassurance and treatment that I requested over a month ago now. Totally overpriced, judgemental (website states they aren’t) and ego driven dentistry. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired, didn’t even refund my parking!

I can't thank everyone at Cherrybank Dental Spa enough for all their help and advice in helping me achieve my perfect new smile! I have always been a little nervous of the dentist but from my first chat with the girls I knew that they understood and would be able to help me. All my appointments were pain-free and I felt listened too and looked after. I have already recommended this dentist to my friends and family.
