Cherry Lane Garden Centre

We want to Cherry Lane Garden Centre at one thirty yesterday for some lunch. When we tried to order our food we were told that because there was only 2 staff working that day so no hot food was available. When I asked why other people had hot food I was told by a member as she turned her back on me and walked that, they we’re only serving cakes and hot drinks. It appears you need to contact the company to check on staffing levels to save making a wasted journey

We visited your garden centre today ,and after selecting the plants we wanted ,we visited the cafe. We were served by a very polite young lady by the name of Regan. She was both attentive and efficient ,and our 2yr old granddaughter took an instant shine to her 😍. We feel this young lady deserves a pat on the back ,.It is so refreshing these days ,to be served by someone who makes the time to make you feel valued as a customer. Thank you Regan, you are a credit to Cherry lane and yourself xx

Very pleasant staff especially in the cafe today. 2 young girls serving couldn't be more helpful and pleasant.
One particular girl (Reagan) made extra effort to ensure that we had a pleasant lunch when visiting with my granddaughter.

I visited the cafe today with my sister and niece. The young man, who was at front of house/serving, provided us a very enjoyable experience, with a good attitude and we were impressed by his very professional level of hospitality during a hectic peak period. The cake was delightful and we thought the coronavirus protocols were well followed. We look forward to returning for another visit!

Visited today n my way to having my car serviced in Braintree .Did a spot of shopping ,the checkout assistant was very helpful directing me to the garage that I was visiting after I had paid for my shopping.
I then popped to the coffee shop. The young man that served me at the table was so polite and helpful.
The cherry scone was the best I have had ...served with cubed butter on a small dish .....not butter that I had to unwrap that has gone soft and messy .
I thoroughly enjoyed my time there ,.
Had a chat about salvias in the nursery area with a very pleasant gentleman who was busy working ,but took time out for a chat.
When I was a District Nurse in days gone by ,I loved to visit Cherry Lane Nursery ....it has maintained its high standards on all counts.
