At Cherry Hill Waste, recycling is just one of our core initiatives. We also aim to provide customers with the most cost-effective waste removal services in the area. Because we salvage almost all the waste we collect, we use landfills far less often than most of our competitors, making us one of the area’s most environmentally friendly waste retrieval services. In addition to being affordable and environmentally friendly, we’re also extremely reliable.

Even though we’re recycling more than ever before in the UK, we still need to minimise our dependency on landfills. Landfills release harmful gases into the atmosphere as well as contaminate waterways, destroy habitats and cause illness in sanitation workers. The only way to stop dumping waste into landfills is to recycle all the waste we produce, which is why we have a commitment to recycling as much as of your waste as possible.

We currently salvage around 90% of all the waste we collect, but we’re hoping to raise that figure to 100% as we continue to expand and mature our business. Felt completely under valued as a customer.
Spoken to like dirt by at least 2 separate office staff.
I had a simple request to relocate a skip due to a fire safety check and that seemed to spark all kinds of attitude towards me….the customer?
I run a business and whoever answers the phone is the first impression of that business, simple manners cost nothing and I will never use them again.

Delivery was good, but then left hanging with a skip that they wouldn't collect.

Ordered a skip online, which was nice and easy. Skip was delivered around 8am on the specified date.

On the collection date, I hadn't heard anything by 4pm so I called to confirm the skip was booked in for collection. The woman on the phone took my details, said she would find out & get back to me. She didn't.
The following day I phoned to follow up on my call, they said the skip was due to be collected that day. It wasn't.
The following day I called again to arrange the collection, they said it was already on the list and would be collected that day. It wasn't.
With no contact, somebody turned up to collect the skip at 7am on Saturday morning. A day I didn't want the skip collecting, at a time I didn't want to be disturbed.

Their website says that they will charge you extra if you keep the skip for longer than 2 weeks. Yet when they fail to collect the skip in time, leaving it on your property in the way for an unspecified length of time, there is no compensation.

The worst customer experience

This company has:
1.Pressured me to pay money that our builder owned them (I have never had a contract with them and was stuck with their very inconveniently placed skip on my drive - right in the middle of 3 cars drive on an angle, so we could fit only 1 car in.)
2.Were aggressive to me over phone when after 6 months I have asked for updates. Threatened me to dump rubbish on our drive when not paid immediately. Kept calling back, harassing and threatening until my husband paid them.
3. Provided me with invoice that does not reflect we have paid someone's debt - they put our name on the invoice which is false, because it does not reflect what we paid for.
4. Damaged my drive and haven't repaired it. They said they will repair it but never in months arranged a date and have no intension to do so.
SHAME ON YOU CHERRY HILL. You should have never demanded from me money for your customer's debts. You have also supported builder in his attempt to bully us.
