Tracy offers a very confident and personal service. Nothings too much trouble. I ordered very late but she pulled out all the stops and my dress was here on time and to be altered by the seamstress she recommended. She very carefully steamed it ready for the day and went through with me step by step on how to put it on, on my special day. Any girl, woman, bride to be will be dazzled when they walk into Cherish as I was. It’s a beautiful shop and is a credit to Tracy who is the most amazing host.

I couldn't be more happy with the experience I received here. After trawling around various bridal shops and becoming disillusioned with the whole dress buying process and service, Tracy and Co at Cherish Bridal were like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere in the shop is so welcoming and relaxing it was like an oasis in the stress of the whole wedding planning. I really felt like they cared and no matter what was necessary in terms of alterations, my dress would be perfect...and it was! Also, they don't charge you upfront for some ridiculous alterations package here, some others were trying to charge up to £250 even before the dress arrived (how can they even know how much work they'll need to do?! You could literally end paying hundreds to have a hem taken up!). Pat, one of the seamstresses that works with Tracy is a legend. She charged me a reasonable rate per honest hour of work and despite losing a lot of weight and needing a huge amount of work doing, it was very reasonable indeed and for top quality work too. There are so many shops out there where the service is phony and the exact same dresses are priced way higher. I'm so happy I found this little gem and I couldn't recommend Cherish Bridal highly enough. If I ever get invited to a posh ball I will be going here for my frock!
