Chase Superbike Centre

Very poor bike shop. Fitted fork seals to. Multistrada 1200 which lasted less than one year. Told me they only fit OE fork seals, however I later found out they were very poor quality aftermarket ones when the first one catastrophically failed pouring oil over my brakes. Had to pay them to redo them (albeit with a 20% discount!) Then they only replaced the failed one not as a pair. Luckily a few days later I removed the front wheel to change the tyre only to discover two of the 4 pinch bolts were tightened the other two not even finger tight!!!
Now after 18months the other one has completely gone, not weaping a bit but pouring oil out. Found that Ducati will fit a complete overhaul kit bushes the lot for about 15% more!!
Really poor service verging on dangerous. Should have gone to Ducati in the first place.... lesson learned!

Completed my CBT today. Great staff too! Not only did they teach me how to ride a motorbike from no experience prior to that. They made it an enjoyable, comfortable & informative course. Grate bunch of lads again thank you! Definitely recommend

Have used these guys to fit tyres for a few years. Fitted almost immediately and very professionally (TPS), and at a very reasonable price.

Bought a bike off them, not a pleasant experience
