I ordered customised cakes for 2 birthdays. I had an idea in mind, but the final product was even better! The guests were more impressed! She delivered on time and was very professional. Will definitely be ordering these delicious cakes again 😌

I have ordered many cakes from Charrays cakes for various different celebrations, including my children’s birthdays and my daughter’s baby blessing. I describe the cake that I would like and the finished result has always turned out better than I could have imagined. The cakes are delicious as well as beautiful and I feel that I am listened to and treated well as a customer. I would definitely recommend.

I have had two cakes. My son's 10th birthday and my baby shower. Beautifully done and delicious. All my party guests complimented the cake on both occasions. I would recommend

POOR SERVICE!

The lady was not absolutely helpful! First she has this policy where you need to drop a deposit then a week before you need to cake you need to give the balance. Which it could be a scam if you don’t know the person. This policy was written as whatzup random message without no clarification. Then I specifically asked her to get my cake done by the 15th. My cake was ready by the 14th, asking me to come and pick it when I had my mum birthday to organise. And I didn’t put into plans to collect my cake. Called the lady ask her why my cake was ready a day before she said she had church!!!! this wasn’t mentioned when we spoke when she accepted to bake the cake she said that my cake was a going to be ready by the 15th! This even means my cake won’t be freshly made! Anyways I asked her to bring my cake in the morning instead guess what she said £5 charge! It’s really a joke as for the cake it was ok wasn’t worth it for the stress the woman put me through.
