I had had a dispiriting morning going around used car dealers in Warwick and Leamington, when I found Charnwood on the web. I was really impressed with Adrian & co, who helped me find an absolutely perfect car that I love (an A150), for a really good price. They were really helpful, low-key and low-pressure but really informative. They're really nice to deal with, really focussed on customer service, and I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Always fancied a BMW but not sure where to get the right spec I wanted! so after turning to Charnwood cars I came away with exactly what I wanted! lovely vehicle,good trade in on my old car,good purchase price! car was clean,great condition,good mileage,12 months mot! very pleased and would go back! sales service was friendly,with no normal heavy sell! very pleased!!

I don’t usually write reviews but while researching Charnwood cars I found this site which had a negative reviews and just had to say something. I went ahead and bought a car anyway from there cos a friend swears by them. I’m glad I did, superb service, and obviously a really honest and upfront company and my car was good value for the money.

Extremely helpful staff who avoid the 'pressure sale' in favour of a friendly relaxed approach to finding your next car. This is the second car we have bought from Charnwood cars and would highly recommend them

We purchased a 1973 Westfield from Charnwood cars. as a Sunday, Funday car. Initially we were promised what their website states. 12 months MOT, with no advisories. 3 Months Comprehensive Warranty, and an up to date service. The car arrived on a car transporter,70 miles, too far to drive, I'm 67 years old.
The car would not start. The wipers fell off. the water washer nozzle spins around when operated, Oil was leaking from the rocker box, a promised fix ,Hardly any petrol in the tank. Hardly any oil in engine. Some electrics not working, and still not working, Eventually started, after over 20 attempts, took 2 hours, broke down. Took to local Garage, Engineer took 9 hours to sort out major problems. Dead battery. Bill for £428.50, which Charnwood reimbursed,( nothing extra though for all the hassle ), after threat of Legal Action. But to cap it all, even though the car came with a brand new MOT. No horn can be found anywhere on car ???!!! I suspect the DVLA will be very interested. You work it out, it certainly aint: 'CHARM WOOD Cars.
