I have used Charnies Angels now for a number of years. I have found the organisation to be be highly professional, compliant with legislative requirements such as insurance, Covid compliance, etc. I have also found Charnies Angels to be very customer centric, responsive and delivering a high quality service that's competitively priced. They will readily go the extra mile for their established clients that very few, if any of the other firms, I’ve experienced in their sector will do. I have total confidence and reliance in their ability to provide a highly satisfactory service for me and will have no hesitation in using Charnies Angels again when I have need of services such as they provide.

I don't exaggerate in providing good positive feedback of my customer experience with Charnies Angels in comparison to any other service provider in a similar sector that I have used. in this sector as I'm an ex-Senior Regulator of a public sector and also an Operational Internal Auditor.

The service I received from Jude and her yean at Charnie's Angels was first class. They were dynamic, responsive, customer centric and provided an excellent, professional and very satisfactory service.

I needed an urgent cleaning service for tenants who were going into my property and contacted most of the cleaning service providers on Yell in Loughborough. Some did not even bother to reply, others said they could provide the service next year, one even said she could not be bothered as it was a rush job !

Jude was the only one who mobilised her team to start on a Monday when she was away from Loughborough on a weekend break. Now that is a Top Drawer service.

I don't give praise lightly as I am an ex-Senior Regulator from a particular sector and Operational Audit.

Have been using Charnie's Angels for a year now after being recommended to me. Great service, really flexible on extra cleans or cancelling/changing at last minute if we need to. A fantastic local company!
