This garage is highly efficient with turnaround times and high quality of mechanics. Also fab administration staff as well.
I have used branded garages before for my Mini however they weren't up to scratch but Charminster Auto Repairs is!!! . Thank you again for yet another successful service & MOT. Highly recommended to families & Freinds alike.

Very very poor customer service.

I was told by Nick and a female that they could work on my Mercedes CLK. To manually lift my roof.My car arrived by recovery truck as it would not start.

- female said car to be parked on the road - no space in their tiny lot. I said no. Rain every day and an open roof? Car was moved onto lot.

- Nick arrived. He had no time to speak to me, to discuss what needed to be done. He was helpful on the phone but I had to insist he speak to me.

- He left a young fellow who knew nothing about Mercedes convertible roofs. I had to repeatedly tell him how it was done. He damaged the passenger headrest.

- Fed up, I told Nick I would have a recovery truck collect my car. I asked Nick to put plastic over the car should it rain again while I went to arrange recovery. He said he had no plastic.

He never apologised. He never tried to make things right. £85 for recovery truck and he did nothing to fix my car.
I sent 2 emails. No response.
