Charlotte's Nails

A fantastic childrens pamper party. Charlotte was great at coming straight back with details when I was booking. Such lovely staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Every small detail was thought of and the girls felt truly pampered. It was a brilliant start to the weekend. Many thanks.

I loved going to this nail salon and thought the girl that did my nails did a fantastic job. I was not well one day, and before that never missed my appointments, thought I was doing the right thing by letting them know and if I could reschedule? They still wanted to take 50% for cancelling on the day, even though I wanted to reschedule. It's not like I was cancelling for no good reason and not going to come back. My hair salon does this, but if you reschedule, they dont take the 50%. This has just left me a bit shocked and not happy and will now take my business elsewhere. I will still give 5 stars for how they do the nails, but not very good customer service.

I never normally get my nails done but decided to for a treat before holiday. All I can say is thank you so much, my nails are perfect!! Lovely salon ( completely spotless). I went in at 5pm but was made to feel super welcome and didn’t feel rushed at all. I was given loads of advice on what options I could have. I felt really at ease and the lady did an amazing job and worked so quickly. I was impressed with the price as well. Il definitely be back!!
