I would never enter this shop again, walked in with my partner, spent some money n while I was In there I had stood on a security pin of some sort, which they push in the front of their counter, blamed it on children throwing them, why they are in reach of children!? The pin has burst the air bubble on my new trainers, and refused to do anything about even thou the pin was pulled out in front of him. FUMING ! Will never return to this shop and looking to take this further

Only gave 1 star so I could write a review about the place but i woulsnt give it any..I'd avoid it..The young girl has no idea on consumer rights..blantantly lies when confronted with the rubbish she tried to tell me over the phone then dismisses the fact she has a legal obligation to repair or replace faulty goods. I Am now having the coat inspected as it may be counterfeit. Beware people
