A friendly and positive experience!

Absolutely amazing company!! Rang them on Tuesday and my car was gone by Friday!! Great customer service and really friendly driver who came to collect the car. Couldn’t recommend more! If I need a car scrapped or auctioned in the future I will definitely use these guys again!
Also, round them through Motorwise.

Absolute waste of time wanted £135 delivery for wheels that could be delivered for £69. Dont answer the phone Don’t reply to emails Plus want to add VAT to parts from a car that as had VAT already Paid.
We all need to make a living but daylight robbery is not the way.!!!!

Shambles

Absolute shambles, car booked in for collection on Monday 14.11.22, driver was a no show. After complaining they rearranged to collect Thurs 18.11…… during evening the daybefore cancelled, 2 days missed work. Then expected me to miss 3rd day of work or leave car unattended with key and v5 inside, sounds sensible!!!! How do you know they don’t collect it and say wasn’t there? Unlikely resolution from such a poorly run company

Came to collect a van they were told it was part dismantled had plastic bits missing £459 was the quote when collected £200 and they then towed away on a spec lift completly illegal tried to speak to them and the manager is arrogant and rude avoid them

Poor customer service

Went to Trent Poole on 19/02/2022, to have the wheel alignment done.
I asked how much it was going to cost for front and rear alignment, and the girl behind the counter (Lucy) told me it was going to cost £60. All good.

Long story short, I asked to see a supervisor or manager and she initially refused justifying her decision "they wouldn't be able to help, and they will agree with her".
Her colleague, who was next to her desk, agreed with me, saying that it was only fair to pay for front alignment only. Even more aggressive now, she called for a manager, who of course agreed with me and asked her to charge me £35 for front alignment only.
Her only reaction was "OK".
Pushed again the bank card reader, this time saying "£35".
Paid the £35 and asked her to apologise, but she refused on a raised voice.
Charles Trent...how do you employ such staff?
