Charles Newmarsh made an excellent job of repairing our table. They took the time to understand what problems we wanted correcting. They offered suggestions and talked through different finishes available. The table looks the best it ever has. Even colour matched to other furniture, it’s the perfect match to our sideboard now. Would definitely recommend.

I had my G Plan dining table sanded re-stained and refinished. Previously it had water mark damage, scratches and an uneven polish build up. I'm delighted with the result as it looks like new and not a scratch in sight. I can't fault the service, someone came to my home to view the table and provide a quote. The table was collected and returned within a week. Jean who runs the office was helpful and kept me informed as to when the table would be collected. Would highly recommend the company and I would have no hesitation using them again.

I am delighted with the condition and appearance of my Georgian bureau after it was restored by Charles Newmarch. The bureau, which had great sentimental value, was falling apart, but now it is in fully working order and looks beautiful. It still retains the marks and stains acquired in it’s 200 year life but now the quality of the wood is shining through. The finish is exactly what I wanted.
From the initial phone call with Graham the service continued to be excellent, and the quality of the workmanship fully met my expectations.
