Our experienced staff hold a wide portfolio of successful design projects & developments from simple extensions to multi-million pound developments across the South West.

We use a bespoke architectural drawing package, and produce all necessary plans from initial concept ideas to full detailed plans for both Planning and Building Regulations applications, along with specification of works for Building Regulations and schedule of works for Listed Building Applications.

We can produce photorealistic images to support Planning Applications when required by the Local Authority and for marketing and presentational purposes.

All administration is handled in house and all Planning Applications are submitted electronically via the Planning Portal web site.

We have a broad base of knowledge and can, when a project dictates, call on the expertise of various consultants including Structural Engineers, Landscape Designers, Ecologists and Planning Consultants together with Local Authority Building Control and Accredited Inspectors.

We at Charles E Ware & Son are ISO 9001: 2008 accredited Practice which ensures the procedures are in place for a Quality Assured Project every time.

All project specifications are prepared using the National Building Specification (standard, intermediate and minor works versions).

The version used is the one considered most suitable for a particular project. Each individual computer workstation has access to the National Building Specification software.
