Unhiegenic premises, raw food and rude staff! AVOID!!!

DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE OR JUST EAT! GREAT IF YOU LIKE RAW CHICKEN! Went for a quick bite to eat on a Friday night - a woman sat the food prep counter – no one was in uniform and all scruffy looking. more staff came in – went straight to prepare food, no washing hands, no gloves.

Had a chicken shish kebab and donner.

They forgot to put sauce n salad we asked and said " I already wrapped it now it will have to go seperate"

Opened the food - chicken was pink in the middle and RAW!!! - didn’t even look like chicken. Donner meat had “gritty” texture. Pittas were burnt.

Went to return the food, informing their chicken was RAW - no apology and 15 minute wait before the usual decided to refund. The person who served us didn’t want to take any ownership and just disappeared out back. Eventually we got a refund for the disgusting food and would never go back there again. Places like this, that do not how to cook things off their own menu should not be allowed to trade!

If I could rate this awful establishment with a zero, I would. They are rude, unhelpful and have a bad attitude when you telephone your order in. They don't listen when you place your order and so recently it is wrong/incomplete. Food, when actually delivered on the last 2 occasions is cold and overcooked. Quite often they take the phone off the hook for hours or simply hang up during busy periods. In fact the last time I telephoned they were actually discouraging me from ordering because they were 'too busy tonight'. It's a shame because they used to deliver a good service with tasty food.

Our order was over an hour late, they finally delivered it after calling twice only to get a grease soggy burger, cardboard chips and puds that tasted like stinky tofu. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! Ordered more than once from these quys, and every time I have to call them to complain as they NEVER make the kebabs up, although always requested via this site. Always get offered a free kebab! Last time food was awful, so decided, to try another place - which was great! Been out all day today, logged on to web to oder food - forgetting which site, and again, kebabs not made up - despite request, which they always confirm 'Oh yes, it is on the bottom of the ticket - we are very busy tonight' Well tonight - food was inedible!! Doner kebab cut up into small chunks, and burnt (3 kebabs). really small portions (not that it tasted nice to eat it but...) So £20 later, still hungry & peed off, call them for a refund. Get told it's not their policy to refund, as they've already delivered, but can have whole order free next time. Told them I'm never ordering from them again, so it's pointless. After a lengthy conversation, I said told him for the sake of him not refunding my £20 I would make sure I left a review.... He's response - 'Ha - well nobody will believe you anyway, because we are really busy!!' NICE. So my opinion - avoid at all costs!!!
