Chapman Property Agent are a property management service for residential properties across the Rhondda Cyon Taff and Mid Glamorgan area.

We look after small or large portfolios on behalf of our clients, to ensure that all legislations are updated, rent is collected from tenants on time, and also carry out general maintenance of each property.

We arrange to ensure that each property is fully compliant with safety certificates including gas safety, legionella risk assessment, electrical insulation certificate report (if required) and an EPC.

All face to face correspondence with tenants will be managed by ourselves, as well as carrying out routine property inspections from beginning, middle, and end of the tenancy.

We are able to offer quicker occupancy rates to ensure that if a tenant has provided a notice period of 1 to 2 months, we will assist in finding an alternative tenant(s).

We are Rent Smart Wales licenced, DPS protected, and part of Property Mark.
