Gavin was excellent in interpreting our diverse requirements and quirks to produce drawings for an extension that fitted our needs and looked superb against the backdrop of our existing house. The use of 3D walk around technology was fantastic as we could see and feel how the new extension would be. It made us realise that we were not using the space to its full potential so we adapted accordingly, much easier to do in virtual 3D than when the builder is pouring concrete!

From the first meeting, to my late night emails of sudden panic, Chapelrow have supported me throughout my journey. Along with a full time job, another house to manage and a life, I’d given up on sleep and succumbed to spending my evenings in fear of what my newest purchase, a four storey ex pub, would look like in a years’ time. Gavin and I are still embarking on our journey together as ‘Project Pub’ is in steady flow, but without his support, recommendations and knowledge, I’d still be at the planning stage.
