Bad customer service for non trade with high prices. The builder are ok with them because they just rip of their clients. In my experience they agreed one thing on phone and when I got there they deny they agreed it. Infact they said no one answered any of my calls. cow boy type behaviours. I just left when they started messing me about and bought online from roofing superstore, lower price and quick delivery.
