Outstanding Management

I visited Champneys Chichester in August for a massage that my lovely husband bought me for my birthday.

I was a bit apprehensive about having a massage as I'd never had one before, but the staff were so welcoming and friendly I felt at ease and very comfortable and the young girl called Sophie who did my massage for me was brilliant and I will definitely be seeing her again next time!

However, there was a problem with my gift token, which although delayed me slightly at the end, I would like to thank Kirsty and Gemma for resolving the problem for me as quickly as possible

I would recommend for anyone wanting a lovely smiley service :)
