Beware of high deposit value!

I hired some vases and tablecloths from them. One vase was broken so they reduced the deposit returned which was fine. However they also deducted £25 off the deposit returned because there was some glitter in them. Per their terms and conditions this should not have been deducted as the items were not damaged. I even spoke to Trading Standards who agreed with me. A real shame as the products were good quality.
