I needed a new combi-boiler installing, and I contacted Carl, based on the good reviews left by other customers.

The reviews were spot-on, as Carl was excellent in every way - the quality of his workmanship, his knowledge, the advice he provided, his rates were very reasonable, he communicated very well and was always prompt.

A very efficient, friendly and conscientious heating engineer who fixed numerous issues with our heating system so we can look forward to a warm winter. Carl is now our go to heating engineer and would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Carl installed a combi boiler and new pipework to replace a conventional system in our bungalow.
He was pleasant, hard working and thorough. He also put right sub standard work from a previous install and when completed everything was left clean and tidy.

I have had 2 or 3 jobs done by carl now and can only say he's brilliant! On time, polite and professional. Very reasonable prices and will not charge you just for the sake of it like others would. Carl spent the best part of 4 or more hours trying to get our heating back on before Christmas and even came back the next day to sort the last problematic radiator out inbetween jobs and, as I later found out not very well either. I was not charged any extra for this ,which speaks volumes and am very grateful for the fantastic service carl gave us. Cannot recommend highly enough! 👍
